Karie took great care of our cat! She sent pics and updates and played with Kali each day, and everything was kept tidy. She even emptied the trash with used litter in it before we got home. Karie also offered to bring in any mail and packages and to water our plants if needed. We will definitely engage Karie again!

Karie took care of my 3 cats while I was overseas for two weeks. None of them are super outgoing, but she was able to win them over - one even let her give him pets! She sent me pictures and updates each visit and I was able to relax knowing they were in great hands. Karie also went above and beyond. A few days before my trip ended, the ring camera showed a raccoon coming in to the house through our cat door! I pinged Karie on the app and she came to the house at 1 am!!! to secure the cats inside and close off the cat door (luckily the raccoon left by then!). She also agreed to add extra trips so we could leave the cat door open during the day, but closed off at night to prevent unwanted visitors. I was halfway across the world freaking out but Katie worked with me to reduce my stress and make sure the cats were ok. I am beyond grateful for her dedication, reliability, and care. I cannot recommend her enough.

Karie is the best!! She was so sweet to our boy, he came out of his timid shell with her immediately. She spent quality time with him, kept his litter box tidy, gave him treats, and even brought in our mail. She sent updates with pictures each visit and was attentive to issues around the house (like him breaking into a treat bag). We will aboslutely try to book Karie the next time we are out of town :)

Karie was wonderful with Tasha! She is a super responsive communicator and was even able to squeeze in an extra visit when my flight was severely delayed.
