Carla was fantastic, I would give 10 stars if I could! This was my first time leaving my cat for an extended period of time and using Meowtel, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My cat is a little shy and we weren’t sure how she was going to react to a new person, but she loved Carla and warmed up to her right away! Carla sent me a daily update with multiple pictures and videos, and always responded quickly if I asked a question. It is very clear she knows what she is doing and loves cats so I felt at complete ease knowing my cat was in her care :) Thank you Carla!!

Carla was an amazing pet sitter. My cat needed eyedrops twice a day in the morning and at night. She was able to administer the drops, make sure he was fed, litter box was kept clean, and she always provided ample videos and pictures. She even asked if it was ok to lift the blinds so he could get some sunlight. I will certainly hire her again

Carla is an awesome cat sitter. She followed my rather lengthy feeding instructions (my cat Charlie is picky), kept the electric water fountain topped up, scooped his litter boxes (he has two - he's persnickety), gave him pets, and sent me photos and videos. She also reported on his litter box doings. Since Charlie has kidney issues, it's important that he doesn't go more than one day without peeing. This is way to much detail for the squeamish (!), but it demonstrates that Carla is a top notch cat sitter. I highly recommend her.

Carla was very responsive and trustworthy from the moment I messaged her on the app, through the entire *super easy* process. We set up a meeting before my reservation, so my cats and I could meet Carla and make sure she was a good fit! Carla was very sweet and offered to collect my mail while I was away. Carla sent daily updates including pictures and videos of my beloved kitties, who I was missing dearly! I found comfort in knowing Carla was there to give them head scratches and make sure their tummies stayed full 😊. I am so glad I discovered the app and will definitely be using again! Carla was really lovely – she was very flexible with me as I was sort of bumbling through my travel plans, and she sent me great adorable pictures of my cat so I knew he was OK while I was gone and just generally kept me in the know about things so I didn’t have to worry and could just enjoy my trip. I would happily hire her again and definitely recommend her as a good choice for anyone looking for someone who not only treats the cat well but is considerate to you, too.
