Kathy did an excellent job taking care of Pearl during this first visit. She provided me with daily updates as well as super photos, which kept me abreast of how everything was going with pearl. As this was the first time I utilized Kathy services I was very appreciative of her paying attention to detail and meeting every aspect of what I had requested during our initial interaction. I am so happy that I found Kathy on Meowtel! She did a wonderful job watching my two kitties. I especially appreciate that she took excellent pictures and videos every day, so I could see for myself that everything was taken care of and that my shy cats came right out and made friends with her. Kathy loves cats and Kyoshi loves her. They cuddle on the couch almost the whole time during her visits because there's nothing more that Kyoshi wants. Kathy will bring in packages delivered while away too. She also sends a lot of pictures and updates when she's there.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
