Calm and loving, Tiffany truly adores cats and it shows in the way she speaks to them and treats them. She talks so sweetly and gently, and even my grumpy cat absolutely adores her. She is punctual, respectful, and nurturing to my fur baby. She keeps me updated via text, and sends video updates! Tiffany is the only cat sitter that I trust completely. I usually have anxiety about leaving my cat when I am out of town, but when she takes care of him I can enjoy my time off and trust that she is taking care of him as well as i would. She is very good at following my specific instructions and feeding schedules and will even leave a note on the counter to welcome us back home. I dont have to worry when coming back home to my cat, just get to be excited for his happy meows.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
