My cat was having a difficulty with her eye right before I left town for a week. Ash was great about giving her the medicines she needed, taking her to the vet, and telling me when my cat needed extra care because she was not eating. I really don't know if my cat would have made it without Ash, and certainly I would not have been as at-ease knowing she was in good hands.

Ash was HANDS DOWN the best petsitter we have ever had. They would send incredibly detailed updates of their visits, as well as photos and videos. Including how our cat was feeling that visit, what they did when they were at our home in detail, the toys that were played with. They were so respectful of our home. The intricately detailed updates helped give me the peace of mind they were doing everything just the way we asked. They even told us if there were certain days they would be stopping by later than others, due to previous professional commitments they had made. There were some unexpected things that happened while they were at our house, such as our 3 year old plastic litter scoop deciding to give out on them during one of their visits (of course not their fault). In that visit's summary, they told me it happened, apologized for that happening, and even offered to purchase us a new one at no cost to us. It really assured us just how professional Ash handles certain situations, even when they are our of their control. When they played with our boy Trypsin, they would run around the house playing with him, hiding behind the couch and making playful noises. They really know how to engage with cats, and play with them. We even had specific play instructions, requesting they didn't use their hands as toys, because we don't want to be teaching our boy to bite hands, and I have complete trust that they stuck to using just toys as toys. They even brought a box from their own home for him and checked with me it was okay to include in playtime! It really reassured me we picked the right person for the job because they asked even before doing or introducing the most benign seeming things. When we had our meet and greet, they took very detailed notes to assure Trypsin's lifestyle and schedule were as similar to the one he's used to as possible. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to do that. Everything from Brita vs tap water in his water bowl, to where they should scoop the litter boxes. It's those little details that only a true professional would consider. They offered to water plants or take care of any other pets we had while they were at our home, but we didn't need anything of the like. We did ask them to roll our trash and recycling bins out to the street on trash day, and back to their original spot once the trash and recycling was picked up, and they happily did so. Trypsin loved Ash's company, and I'm sure he will be very happy to see them again the next time we are in need of a catsitter.

Ash is wonderful. My very shy cat loves them. I always get lots of pictures and videos with the update. Everything is always done how I would like it including the cat's meds.

Ash was fantastic! Khaleesi has not come out for any previous cat sitters, but Ash got her to come out and get some play time! Ash provided amazing updates for us while we were away. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone, but especially for those shy kitties! We will be using Ash again!

They asked great questions and diligently took down notes about my cat’s preferences and what I was expecting from the visits. I really appreciated the very detailed text updates and loved the pictures and videos they sent while I was out of town. Ash was fantastic! They quickly responded to my first inquiry, was super flexible in meeting, and then just awesome in person. They took detailed notes when we talked through Harvey’s needs and schedule, and also offered to keep an eye on my plants. While we were out of town, Ash sent daily updates, pictures and videos of their visit, and was even kind enough to clean up a glass snow globe Harvey broke. I will absolutely have Ash back anytime we need someone to live on Harvey as much as we do!

Like always, Ash was amazing. We had a last minute request to administer medication to our boy for us while we were gone and they were happy to do so! They even took note that he wasn't as playful as usual and let us know. Super detail-oriented and trustworthy! Trypsin can't wait to see Ash again :)

Our boy was so excited to see Ash again! Since our last reservation with Ash, there were a couple of changes to our boy's food routine and Ash always makes sure to specify exactly how they do things in the updates they send, so it gives me the peace of mind things are done the way our boy is used to. This was the first time we have used Meotel and I was really nervous about leaving the cats. We had a meet and greet prior to our trip to go over the specifics. Ash took great care of our cats. Ash is an outstanding cat sitter. All five of our cats, even the relatively anti-social one, really seemed to like Ash quite a bit. Our feeding/caring instructions were followed perfectly, and Ash made sure to provide us plenty of documentation of our cats behavior while we were away.
