We just moved to the area and needed someone last minute to watch our baby boy (Mookie Roo) on a trip out of town. We came across Shruti’s profile, and she looked like a great fit. We scheduled a visit, and right off the bat, she was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She even brought treats for Mookie, who took a liking to her almost immediately. Shruti sent many pictures, videos, and text updates during the stay. Knowing Mookie was doing well and in great hands made our trip much easier. We would definitely like to work with Shruti again! She was flexible with my schedule to meet and greet, and was very attentive to what needs my cat might have. Then during each visit I could really tell how much my cat loved hanging out with her, and appreciated hearing that Shruti genuinely enjoyed my little cat as well. Once all of her assigned days were completed, Shruti took the extra step to ensure that everything was set for my return and that my cat would be ok in the meantime as it turned out to be an unusually hot day in NYC. She really cares about my cats well-being and comfort, and I will absolutely be booking with her again!
