What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been taking care of cats in my home and others for over a decade. I spent my entire 20s fostering cats and kittens who were on the NYC euthanasia list. I nursed these cats back to health and helped them to find their forever homes. Additionally, I am the go to cat sitter among other fosters I’ve worked with, my personal friends, and family.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love getting to meet your feline friends. Each cat has such a unique personality and disposition. I truly enjoy getting to know them.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have two cats named Arya and Nissa. Arya is brown tabby cat with special needs - she has a rare autoimmune disorder and is pre-diabetic so requires consistent gluclose monitoring and daily medications. Nissa is a dilute calico with the best personality. She wants to be everyone’s best friends and loves nothing more than a good cuddle session.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

When working with a new pet parent, I like to start with getting information about your pets need and preferences. Not all cats are alike and some have their own particular routines that they like. My goal is to cater to your cat the same way you do and ensure they are as comfortable as possible in your abscence.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
