Shara is wonderful. My kitty took to her right away during the meet and greet visit.. She is very gentle, kind, and very responsible. She sent pictures every visit and played with him as well as feeding him and making sure he got his meds. Shara is a gem.

Shara was the perfect caretaker for my cat, Iris Serena, who is a very shy cat. She is very patient and her voice put Iris at ease. Usually when strangers come to my apartment, Iris hides deep in the closet. But with Shara, every day, Iris would come to the door of the closet so Shara could take a picture to send me, which reassured me that Iris was fine. And when I got home from a week away, Iris was fine and happy. I intend to have Shara come again to take care of Iris the next time I have to go out of town.

Did very well with my two week reservation. I have an easygoing but playful cat and Shara did well, though sometimes there would be last-minute questions when I could not answer (as I was in a different time zone).

Shara took care of our kitties about a month ago, and she provided the same level of excellence during this sitting experience as we had the first time! I think that our kitties were a little more stressed that we left again so soon after our last trip, and this most recent trip was for a little longer. There was an accident that one of the kitties had while we were gone, but that had nothing to do with Shara. Our kitties LOVED seeing her every day!!! The waited for her by the door and she was fantastic with them. She sent us updates during every visit. She is a very caring person who clearly loves pets and is very good with them. We will continue to reach out to Meowtel and Shara for our future pet sitting needs, but we might pay the extra money to have her come to our house two times a day, if she is able. Our cats love her, and we can't thank her enough for spending time with them!!!! A++++

Shara was excellent! We had her take care of our two kitties who have been with us for only about 9 months, and we were very worried about leaving them with a stranger. I work from home, so someone has always been at home with them since we adopted them. Shara came over to meet the cats and they were very much at ease with her! She has an excellent personality for taking care of pets; she is caring, relaxed, very knowledgeable in pet care, patient, and clearly puts the care of her pets first. While we were gone, Shara came to the house every day at about the same time (which was good for establishing a schedule for our kitties). She not only provided the basics (feeding and cleaning the litter box), but she took lots of pictures of our babies, texted to me about how they were doing, sat with them, petted them, and played with them! Shara has excellent communication skills. Our kitties fell in love with her…she was excellent. I have used other pet sitting services in the past for our prior kitty sibling set, and our experience with Shara was the best. I cannot recommend Shara more highly than 10+++ out of 10! We are planning out another trip at the end of July and I really hope that Shara will be able to take care of our cats during that trip. I originally planned on using a different service for this most recent trip and came across Meowtel when the other service (that we have used with great success in the past) did not have availability. I was a little worried about using a new service, as we have used other companies that were an absolute disaster, but Meowtel and Shara exceeded all expectations! Thanks, Shara, for doing such a great job taking care of Elise and Lily (they say “hi!”)! They look forward to seeing you again hopefully at the end of the month and for any future pet sitting needs! If anyone is on the fence about Meowtel, you will not be disappointed in their services, and especially if you are lucky enough to have Shara take care of your pets!

Shara did an amazing job looking after my anxious cat while I was away. My cat, who usually gets nervous around new people, warmed up to Shara. The daily updates with photos and videos were great and really put my mind at ease when I was out of town. I came home to a happy and relaxed kitty, which says a lot about the excellent care she provided. I highly recommend Shara to anyone needing a reliable and caring catsitter. She truly loves animals and go above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy.

I want to give her 5 stars for her warm and excellent work with my shy cat Sheru . She took care of my cat in March 2024 for 2-3 weeks . She was prompt about updates and followed all my instructions with cat food and water intake . Surprisingly my shy cat came out to greet her everytime so was comfort having her home. I appreciate her work a lot and look forward to working with Shara again.

it was a special situation, I had just adopted a pair of 13 year old cats from the shelter and had to go out of town suddenly. Shara was wonderful. She sent me updates every day and even got down to get photos of my kitties chilling under my bed. I haven’t used a cat sitting service in a long time and it was so nice to know my cats were getting used to their new home instead of having to be in a kennel at the vet.
