From the minute Tina walked in the door for our initial meeting we knew she was perfect. Tina is not just a good "cat person" she's a wonderful person overall. We continued immediately with details as if it were a done deal without even realizing it. She was so perfect and we laughed about it later! A great person with good energy. We were very comfortable with her! Tina took such good care of our girls, Sadie, Jazzie, and GiGi. They took to her immediately in that first meeting! Tina sent us videos and told us how they were doing....they did incredible under her care! She played with them and interacted so well. She even sat on the floor under the table with our timid girl Sadie while she ate! What a thoughtful gesture for our baby who appreciated her so much for that. They did so well that when we came home the transition was extremely smooth. They were very happy to see us but not mad at us at all and seemed to enjoy their time spent with their new friend. We will use Tina every time from this day forward. The girls would not have it any other way we're sure! Thank you Tina from all of us! Stephen, Jess, and our girls Sadie, Jazzie, and GiGi!! You're the best!!

TINA exceeded my expectations! I’m so glad I decided to try out a Meowtel sitter. She was terrific; sent me daily updates/videos. I felt peace of mind knowing my feline was well-attended to while I was away. Tina also got my mail and watered my numerous plants both indoors and outdoors. She immediately informed me and kindly offered to cleanup and vacuum my family room when my chihuahua unexpectedly made a “disaster” in our family room. Of course, that was not part of her cat sitter duties, but she wanted to help me out. I really appreciated that. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
