Roza was an excellent sitter for our elderly cat who needs subcutaneous fluids twice a day due to kidney failure. She sends lots of photos and updates, and brought in a large package that arrived a few days earlier than expected. It was a huge relief to know our cat was still getting his fluids while we were away, we really enjoyed working with Roza!

Roza went above and beyond for our Pele! She brought him extra healthy treats, groomed him beautifully, and recommended various changes to litter, snacks, toys and overall health. Pele adores Roza and we'll call her again when we go out of town. Thank you for taking such good care of our senior boy!

We've been using Rozalinda as our sitter since last summer. She seemed to really enjoy our cats and was great about sending pictures - I never worried at all about our girls in her hands. Recently though, she blew our minds when she sent us pictures of our blind cat Potato, sitting on her lap, apparently enjoying being brushed (she neither enjoys laps or brushing)! Potato has a very thick coat and tends to get mats - and Rozalinda did such a thorough job that there was almost an entire other cat left on the floor when she was done! She did this on her own, just because she is so great. Please hire her, she will treat your cats as her own.

Roza is exactly who you want looking after your cats! I was really nervous about leaving my two cats for a long weekend after being with them throughout the pandemic but Roza put me at ease by sending updates and pictures. Roza deserves the highest rating there is! We had gone away for a week and Roza made sure our cat Milo was cared for with so much love! From the pictures and updates she sends daily, Roza settled EVERY bit of anxiety I had before leaving him for a week. She followed all the directions we left for her and left everything neat and tidy (It was a hot week and she even noticed some plants needed some water and went above and beyond to care for them too!) Roza has a LOT of experience with cats, which was apparent from our first meeting. She loves cats and is very knowledgeable of them and it showed. Artemis is a prickly customer, but she took to Roza fairly quickly—and that is the highest praise for a cat sitter. I appreciate the ways in which Roza accommodated and enjoyed caring for Artemis—and the feather toy she made for her. (Art is a hunter but not all feather toys keep her attention.) I received photos and videos to assure me of their favorable interaction. Roza is a warm, caring and playful cat sitter who keenly and intuitively met my cat’s needs and put her at ease.

A five star review simply isn't enough to communicate how wonderful Roza is but I will do my best. Not only is Roza prompt in her communication, she goes above and beyond in every element of her customer service. She offered to have a meet and greet prior to her first stopover and preemptively asked every question I wanted to address, down to every last detail. She knows how to deliver exemplary care for animals and it certainly showed in the preliminary meeting we had. While we were away, Roza always sent pictures of how the cats were doing and took time to play with them in addition to the feeding and litter cleaning we had requested. She even made a toy for one of our cats and that was an incredibly nice touch. Again, your cats are in wonderful hands when Roza is caring for them and 5 stars isn't enough to describe the level of care she gives. Thank you for everything!

Rozalinda is so great with our cat Shug, who is typically very anxious and sometimes aggressive. She seems to have really charmed him and made him feel comfortable. My partner and I always feel at ease knowing Rozalinda will be checking in on our babies when we are out of town.

She follow instructions fairly well but sometimes certain things dont occur to her to double check, so there have been some issues with that.
