What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I enjoy the calmness that cats bring about. They have a demeanor about them that is very suave , and is nice to be around. There’s also cats that have unexpected amounts of energy, and it is wonderful to have fun with them when they are so full of life!

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

My favorite cat sitting reservation was with a black and white kitty named Van Gogh. He was 5 or 6 years old, and only had one ear. He was the sweetest cat I’ve met, and he never stopped purring. He would fall asleep on my lap and I wouldn’t move a muscle so as not to disturb him. I miss him to this day! He’s okay, his parents just came back from vacation and didn’t need any more cat sitting!

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

While cat sitting, the safety of the cats and the home is my priority. Because of this, I will dutifully keep watch on all exits as well as the surroundings. I will not let anything happen to the cat by watching out for any irregular behaviors, and addressing any potential hazards.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
