What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I’ve been caring for cats professionally for about 3 years, building strong relationships with both pets and their owners. Many of my clients were repeat bookings, trusting me to look after their cats whenever they traveled. I recently took a short break but am excited to return to cat sitting and welcome both returning and new feline friends.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

When choosing a cat sitter, look for someone who genuinely loves cats and takes time to understand your pet’s unique personality and routine. Don’t be shy about asking questions about their experience, and what updates you can expect while you’re away. A good sitter should be reliable, communicative, and able to keep your cat’s environment safe and stress-free. I also recommend arranging a meet-and-greet beforehand so you and your cat can feel confident and comfortable with your choice.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes! I’m usually available during holidays and know how important it is to have reliable care during busy travel times. I recommend booking early, as holiday spots tend to fill quickly.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
