Janelle was an amazing sitter and took such great care of my two cats while I was away for a week and a half. she sent updates with pics and videos every day, and knowing they were well taken care of allowed me to enjoy my trip that much more. I highly recommend her!

Janelle is absolutely amazing with our cats! We had one shy girl and one with some ongoing medical concerns, and we got thorough updates (text, photo, video) for each visit. Meeting up was easy and Janelle is such a kind person, we feel so lucky to have her watch our cats!

Janelle, as always, does an incredible job with our four kitties! She spoils them every time she visits. She makes sure everyone gets their medication and lets you know if they’ve taken it or not (sometimes, mine get too excited for food and throw it up along with the medication). She always sends photos and videos so you can know how your babies are doing while you’re out. Even my sassiest, most diva cat loves her. She’s gentle and lets the cats come to her on their terms and is respectful of them. I would highly recommend Janelle!

Janelle was fantastic! Two of our cats have medication needs, and she did a great job making sure that they got their meds. She was also very communicative, which really took the stress away from leaving for a few days.

Janelle worked with me around our busy weekday schedules for a last-minute appointment, and went above and beyond to get my elderly cat her medications, even when my cat vomited after being given them a first time and crawled under the bed. Before our trip, our cat had a small wound that needed looking after, and Janelle was extremely attentive to the dressing/care process and sent us many progress photos of everything. Janelle was AMAZING! She was very responsive and really cared about my 3 cats. I had never left them for an extended amount of time and she really made it so much less stressful. Janelle was wonderful with my Sid. He had some vomiting issues and she was excellent at getting him to eat and drink. I was very impressed with how well she kept me updated as well as sending me photos. I felt comfortable being away.

Janelle was an AMAZING pet sitter. My elderly cat is very shy and needs daily medication. She was willing to interact in whatever ways my cat was comfortable with, even when that meant laying next to the bed and playing laser pointer, petting, and chatting under the bed. She was so friendly with the cat that by the end of the week they were best friends! She even went as far as watering the plants and feeding the fish! I could not recommend her more and will be scheduling with her the next time pet sitting is needed.
