it was our first time using Bethany, but won’t be our last. we were away for two weeks and, while gone, our old cat had a medical emergency. Bethany communicated throughout the entire event, took our cat to the vet after hours, helped us Face Time with the vet while on the middle of a cruise, and stayed with our cat until the very end (we decided to let her go). she also coordinated with the cremation company on our behalf since our phones weren’t working. I cannot recommend her enough…she truly went above and beyond without any hesitation or making us fee as though she was inconvenienced. she also took extra care with our remaining, shy cat to make sure he was ok afterwards. I’d give her a 20/10 if I could.

Bethany watched my cats for a long weekend and then for almost a week, and both times was wonderful - great communication, connected with my two very different personality cats, alerted me to a couple of house issues unrelated to my cats, sent awesome photos, and just all around was great!

Bethany was great this was our second time having her sit for our kitties. They responded well to her and she sent great photos. she even noticed one of our kitties walking was off before we got home so we could get him scheduled with the vet. I love knowing that they are with someone I trust when we are out of town.

I thought I already submitted this, but in case it didn't save... Bethany is wonderful. She understands cat behavior and took time to get to mine's individual personalities. She reached out for clarification on questions and sent me great updates and photos. I still missed them. But I knew they were in great hands.

As always, Bethany is great with our high maintenance 5 cats. Great communication from start to finish, with photos provided from each visit, to comfort us while away from home.

I have a five cat household, their care and keeping is a lot! Bethany did a great job with all the instructions and kept them in their routine. I got daily photos and updates and the communication was fantastic! I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about my fur babies.
