I treat every cat like they are my own, and I treat every cat owner like they love their cat as much as I love mine. I understand that some kitties are terrified leaving the comfort of their space and routine, and agree that it is sometimes better to bring in a knowledgeable sitter to care for them while their owner is away. Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and
receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers
will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their
planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the
start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within
24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their
planned earnings.
