Stephanie was amazing! She was so attentive during our initial visit, diligently making written notes in her phone of everything I was pointing out about how to care for my cat. Her communication before & during the visits was excellent. My cat seemed very at ease with her (I could tell from the pictures & his eating habits), my cat ate/drank well & got some playtime too! He followed her around the house & wanted to be beside her during all visits. Upon my arrival home, my cat was happy & relaxed, just he always is. I can tell he felt at ease with Stephanie. Very highly recommend Stephanie & will request her again! I feel completely comfortable trusting my beloved fur baby with her. I had no anxiety about my cat’s health & welfare during my absence. The kitchen feeding area was spotless & she made sure all the trash was disposed of properly in the kitchen. The Meowtel reservation process was easy & simple. No issues & prices were reasonable. This was my first time using Meowtel & it was a good experience. (September 2025)

absolutely one of the best cat sitters we have had! Stephanie was very communicative, played with the kitties and went above and beyond with cleaning up some messes. everyone seemed very content when we arrived home and I felt at ease while we were gone.

The individual who has sat for our kitties for many years was unavailable so I booked Stephanie and she was great! She promptly arrived for the meet & greet and made sure she had all the information needed. During the reservation the kitties warmed up to her very quickly and she did everything that was requested and more. She provided updates and pictures after every visit. I was a little worried about how the cats would do with someone new but it looks like they made a new friend! I would definitely request Stephanie again in the future.
