crystal did such an amazing job visiting my two cats Simba and Baby! very warm and professional, she followed up with some great pictures and they were great when I returned. This is the second time using her service and it was just as great as the first. Already have third time set up! Great with daily communication and photo updates. My cats are comfortable with her and Im comfortable having her in my home! I really appreciate that she is able to give my older cat her medicine and cleaning the litter boxes.

Crystal went above and beyond to take care of my kitties while I was out of the country. One of the kitties ended up with a wound on her face. Crystal maintained close communication with me by providing updates and photos. She researched and monitored the symptoms, which turned out to be a nasty spider or bug bite. Another of my cats makes a lot of messes, and it didn't phase Crystal at all to clean up after her. I felt very relieved and confident Crystal was the person caring for our kitties. I am already requesting her to come back for an upcoming weekend!

My kitty is very shy, and I didn't actually expect that Crystal was going to cross paths with her during the checks-in. Even though they didn't interact much, Crystal still sent me photos and updates to let me know there were still signs that the kitty was coming out and doing okay! Crystal even left me a cute card when I returned :)

Crystal did a great job of taking care of my cat and of keeping me informed with lots of photos, etc. She was actually able to find my cat each time (not all cat sitters have been able to do this, as he is an indoor-outdoor fellow), and he had a good relationship with her and let her know where he was.
