Crystal took great care of our extreme stranger-avoidant cat. Although she hid the entire two weeks we were gone, Crystal didn’t give up! She supplied us with twice daily pictures and updates everyday. We will gladly hire Crystal again.

Crystal is very good w my kitty and making sure she plays, eats enough each day and gets her steroids within the dosing time window. She sends great updates and pics! Berls seems very comfortable with her and never seems over-anxious when I return home, which is a great sign of her quality of care during my absence!

Crystal's great. She sent daily updates on the cats' wellbeing with great pics. The more skittish cat warmed up to her quickly. When I got home, the cats weren't nearly as stressed out when I leave them by themselves. I would definitely like to have her sit my cats again!

Crystal was a great cat sitter! She looked after our three cats while we were out of town for the Christmas holidays. She made sure to check in each day, sending messages and photos of the cats. Crystal is a great photographer and even printed some of the cute photos she took of the kitties and left them with a card. Communication was also very easy and quick with her. Crystal was a wonderful cat-taker while I was in vacation! With 4 kitties, herding actually becomes a thing, and Crystal did a wonderful job. With two kitties needing subq injections daily, it's definitely a task to find someone who not only is comfortable doing it, but makes it easy on the kitties. Crystal did just that! Crystal went above and beyond to take care of my kitties while I was out of the country. One of the kitties ended up with a wound on her face. Crystal maintained close communication with me by providing updates and photos. She researched and monitored the symptoms, which turned out to be a nasty spider or bug bite. Another of my cats makes a lot of messes, and it didn't phase Crystal at all to clean up after her. I felt very relieved and confident Crystal was the person caring for our kitties. I am already requesting her to come back for an upcoming weekend!

My kitty is very shy, and I didn't actually expect that Crystal was going to cross paths with her during the checks-in. Even though they didn't interact much, Crystal still sent me photos and updates to let me know there were still signs that the kitty was coming out and doing okay! Crystal even left me a cute card when I returned :)
