"Finn took excellent care of our three cats for 17 days, even letting us add one more day when our return flight was delayed. He provided daily message reports and photos of each cat and the tasks he had done that day, including refilling bird feeders and watering indoor and outdoor plants. He made sure each cat got playtime, fresh water and food, and he cleaned up the occasional messes they created. He was very conscientious and detail oriented, and we returned to a house that was in good order and cats that were well taken care of. I highly recommend Finn!"

She gave her the meds during our meet and greet with no problem whatsoever. She was extremely reliable and provided updates and pictures. She neither undercommunicated nor overcommunicated - simply did what we had asked. Our younger cat seemed to greet her very eagerly during visits, so I knew they had made friends. :) Our older girl was tolerant and accepted some pets, which is a feat because she's a hard one to win over. "Carmen was so great taking care of our 2 cats while we were away for 2 weeks. We booked Carmen to visit our cats twice a day (in the morning & evening). One of our cats is a senior cat who needs takes medication applied to the inside of the ear as well as vitamin K in her wet food in the mornings, and Carmen handled the medication & separate cat food needs with no problems. In addition, Carmen played with our cats (with our cat toys as well as a laser toy she had), scooped the cat litter, and ensured our cats' water & dry food were always full (and water fresh). Also, Carmen played CatTV videos on YouTube on our TVs for our cats with a timer so thrle TV would turj off automatically after a set time (CatTV has videos of birds & such for cats to watch). Carmen also communicated with us after each of her visits (via the Meowtel app & with WhatsApp) while were away, sharing how each visit went In addition, toward the last day, Carmen said she cleaned our cat water fountains & replaced their filters (we have a box of filters for the fountains). Carmen also offered to buy more of the tubes of push-out cat treats when we were getting low (I went ahead and ordered more on Amazon, which arrived later that day). Carmen did a great job, and we would definitely recommend her!"

She played with our fur babies, gave them lots of attention, and made them feel extra loved. She managed using our security system with ease and sent cute pics of our two cats and was always complimentary of them :) She genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of them! She was really flexible too and was able to add an extra day last minute when our travel plans changed. Will definitely be working with her again!"
