👋 Hi, I'm Leo (they/them) - I am an experienced cat caretaker with a special interest in rehabilitating and caring for disabled or medically complex kitties. I have volunteered at two shelters and fostered or collaborated with almost a dozen animal rescues nationwide. I have also independently rescued and rehomed cats from various dire situations when rescues and shelters were closed to admissions. This has helped me grow as a caregiver and learn so much about our fantastic feline friends, and I recently dove back into pet sitting full time. 😺 I believe that all cats are wonderful, quirks and all! Whether they are rambunctious youngsters, velcro kitties insistent on human pillows, or reserved old-timers, I try to adjust my energy and behavior to support them when owners are absent. My goal is always to have the least stressful and most beneficial interactions with your beloved kitties, even if that means giving them lots of space. I prioritize building trusting relationships with the cats in my care. 💉 I am comfortable giving oral medication, insulin + glucose tests, sub-q fluids, and other medications to even the spiciest cats. In addition, I provide comprehensive cat care services such as feeding, litterbox cleaning, and enrichment, AKA playtime! I can no longer provide the add-on of dog care at my Meowtel rates, but I am usually happy to care for any other animals. Please specify any additional needs upfront in your reservation request, including any history of behavioral, medical or bathroom issues your pets might have. 📝 I also ask that all pawrents and kitty caretakers provide detailed written instructions, either through digital file sharing and/or a physical copy at the home. It's often helpful to see these prior to the meet and greet, so I can ask any questions at that time. This approach is intended to help everyone avoid any confusion or miscommunication. ⏰ IMPORTANT: please clearly communicate any expectations you have around scheduling. If you book "anytime," that quite literally means anytime between 6a-11p with variability day-to-day. If you want consistency, a particular time of day, or need specific timing on certain days, please tell me when you make the request! This is super helpful for our girls who struggle with allergies and constipation so Leo could care for them as needed day to day. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

We know every kitty is different and that's why we offer tailored, in-home services since cats don't do well outside their own homes.
