In my 15 years living in Philadelphia I have fostered, rescued and rehomed dozens of other city kitties. By choosing to work with me, your beloved will get the play, care, and attention that you dote on them daily. I have experience with cats at every stage of their life and living situation, so you can rest assured that your companions will be safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times.

During my visits, I like to spend quite a bit of time playing. Starting off with some much needed attention can help build up an appetite. I am comfortable giving any medication needed and checking/cleaning the litter. Before I leave, we can maybe do some treats, and of course much more playing.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have cat sat for friends, family, and coworkers my entire life, since I was old enough to walk down the street by myself!

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

When working with a new cat parent, I like to spend a few minutes talking a out dietary needs, medical specifics, and most importantly, play styles. Every critter is specific in the ways they want attention, so watching you two play, and introducing myself through fun is my favorite way to start.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

For timid or anxious cats I like yo meet them where they are at. Much like people, cats have to get to know you. Making sure their needs are met comes first, and figuring out the best way they want attention or play comes second, takes the most time, but is always the most rewarding. ❤️

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

If it doesn't feel like a purrfect fit after a Meet & Greet or during a reservation, our support team is here to help at 1-844-Meowtel (1-844-636-9835). We'll take time to understand what happened and help you consider next steps, which could include help with a new reservation.

Philadelphia cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $26.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.

Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.

Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.

We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.

Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet!
