I am a new cat mom and I was nervous about leaving my rescue for the first time as she's really shy and skittish but Hayley was great with her. My cat hid the entire time but Hayley took the time to search for her and sent pictures/videos of her whenever there was a sighting. She even crawled under the bed to snap a picture of her which I was not expecting and neither was my cat from her shocked kitty expression 😂. I appreciated the communication and effort and I would definitely book with her again.

Hayley has been caring for our kitties since we moved here in 2019. At that time we had a family of four and they all loved her. Sadly, we're down to the the two girls now who are grieving the recent loss of their 19 year brother. While we were attending a wedding in VA, and our phones were silenced, Hayley texted to ask about Cali's hiding spots. It was day two of our weekend away and she didn't greet Hayley at the door. I didn't see the text messages until late that night, on our way back to the hotel. Hayley didn't leave our house until she found Cali. We are so thankful to her for caring for our kitties as if they were her own. P.S. After we lost our first cat, in TX, Hayley gave us a framed collage of some of the photos of Bennie she had taken over the years. Hayley is a rare gem.

Everything went great with Hayley, as usual! My cat, Jet, loves attention so I always have Hayley come twice daily. Also for two feedings so he doesn’t gobble it all down at once! Hayley came reliably as planned and sent me cute photos and videos of Jet every time. He loves all the attention that Hayley gives him and I know he is in good hands with a caring cat lover when I am away!

Hayley helped me give my cat medication this past week when I was having a lot of anxiety about it. She was only here for a few minutes twice a day, but she was so kind and I'm so grateful for her help!

Hayley was great with my cat. He is usually shy around strangers but seemed to warm up to her. She took great care of him, sent tons of photos while I was away, and kept his space very clean.

As has always been in the past, this past weekend of visits from Hayley, we're just PURR-fect. She even, single handedly gave Cali her medication, quite easily. (It takes two of us at home) All three of our kitties enjoy their time with Hayley and we can rest easily knowing how well they are cared for.

Hayley was exceptional with our cranky, diabetic, almost 10 year old tabby!! She talked to her, petted her, fed her, and gave her insulin twice daily!! We would give Hayley more than 5 stars, if possible!!

We have been repeat clients of Hayley's since we moved to Plano, TX in 2019, and plan to continue using "Hayley's Kitty Cuddles" for all our future trips. We happened to be in So FL the week of the Texas Winter Storm of the century. Hayley only missed one day (at our insistence) and left out enough food and water, in advance, in case she couldn't safely get back. When I tell you she went far above and beyond the call duty, I mean it. We were relieved to receive pictures of our kitties who were obviously being well cared for. Beyond that, she made sure (without being asked) to leave our faucets dripping so the pipes didn't freeze. All four of our kitties love Hayley and we appreciate her trustworthiness, reliability and dedication. I only wish I could give Hayley a 10+ star rating.

Hayley was able to accommodate my last-minute request to kitty sit and I cannot tell you how thrilled I am and how lucky we are to have met her! Hayley did a great job with our grumpy diabetic cat. She won him over and sent us regular updates. Everything was clean and tidy when we got home and she was unfazed by our laundry list of requests. 😅We’re so thankful to have someone so responsive and reliable that could handle medication and a weird diet for our fur baby!

My kitten is very wary of strangers and upon the complimentary meet and greet my cat warmed up to her immediately. Very flexible especially since my kitten had gotten sick in between our meeting and I needed an extra day and a more specific time in the evening to give her meds. She sent me videos and pictures to update me on how my kitten was faring. Had instructions laid out for feeding, meds, and litter box and all were followed well. Made my anxious, nervous self feel more sure about leaving my kitten for the weekend especially since was my first time using this service and leaving her alone. Absolutely recommend Hayley! We had attend my mother-in-laws funeral, it was unexpected, and in Illinois, and our previous cat sitter retired.. I reached out to Hayley, she was awesome, she accepted, came to meet us, and our 2 puddy cats, she took great care of them, one needed supplement chews daily, and she sent me pics each day with a brief note... she was a God send for us, we were so blessed to find Hayley... Haley is honestly the best. I worried about my kitties being shy and not coming out when she came over, but her videos showed her getting familiar with them and then playing with them and actually giving them attention. She is great with cats and definitely knows what she’s doing!

First time with Hayley and my kitties and me are delighted. She is friendly, helpful and took great care of my cats while I was gone. I’m sure they are excited for her to come over again! :)
