Taking care of your fur babies is genuinely the highlight of every day for me! I have such a special bonds with cats, so I love getting to know each of their unique personalities. The pets and snuggles are definitely a plus too!

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am frequently available during the holidays and excited to spend time with your cats! I am also available for extended visits, if you plan on traveling for longer periods of time as well.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Just like getting to know people, trust is everything when it comes to cats! I make sure to build a relationship with them by letting your cats know I am a safe friend. First, I will let your cat approach me when they are ready. Next, I will let them do a sniff test and reward them with a treat as a thank you. Finally, I will make sure to get to know their boundaries, so I can respect their space as a guest in it!

We need more stars to really, truly convey how absolutely amazing Rachel was! On our initial walkthrough, it was immediately clear that she was the right fit as both cats went right to her like an old friend. She took such good care of our girls, sent fantastic pictures & communication, and even had our standoffish gal curl up in her lap for some loves - a treat typically reserved for me alone. We're so thankful to have found Rachel, knowing that when we're away, our little family is well cared for!!!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
