Pin-An took absolutely wonderful care of my babies, Krayt and Kreia, while I was away on a work cruise that I was very anxious about taking. Kreia was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and because of that, I had been too afraid to travel for months. Finding someone I could truly trust, especially with twice-daily insulin, was incredibly important to me. Pin-An was kind, responsive, and knowledgeable from the very beginning. After our meet-and-greet, we scheduled a paid visit so I could walk her through Kreia’s insulin routine in person, which immediately put me at ease. My cats are normally very shy, especially Krayt, who is extremely skittish. During the first supervised visits, they hid a lot, so I fully expected them to avoid her once I left, and I was nervous about insulin timing. To my relief and surprise, they warmed up to Pin-An quickly when she visited on her own. She sent frequent, thoughtful updates that helped calm my nerves so much that I eventually stopped checking the cameras because I quickly came to trust her. Seeing how comfortable Krayt and Kreia became with her, and how easily Kreia allowed insulin without much fuss, was such a huge relief. I am very protective of my cats, especially since my husband and two elder cats died, and they are the last two left of the family we built together. It means the world to me to find someone who treats them with patience, care, and genuine affection. Pin-An is attentive, playful, and communicative, and she asks questions when she notices anything unfamiliar. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. Krayt and Kreia clearly adore her, and I feel safe traveling again knowing they are in such loving, capable hands. I highly, highly recommend Pin-An to anyone looking for exceptional cat care.

Another great reservation with Pin-An! I cannot emphasize enough, how skittish my boy cat Krayt is nor how affection avoidant, my girl cat Kreia is. But both seem to really enjoy Pin-An and make the effort to hang out with her when she is looking after them. Krayt Krayt has become playful with Pin-An, and usually he has only been playful with me and my late husband, but hides from everyone else. From the picture and video updates I got, he enjoys playing with and sitting next to Pin-An. I’m so amazed. Kreia even comes out to inspect Pin-An a bit as well. Kreia has diabetes, and Pin-An has been managing her insulin shots while I’m gone. This is the most stressful part of my traveling, but I feel secure with her looking after Kreia’s meds. It’s been such a relief. I highly recommend Pin-An for being my 12 year old scaredy cat Krayt out of his shell and taking care of Kreia’s meds while I’m traveling.

Pin-An did a great job taking care of my 2 cats! She’s a frequent communicator which was perfect for me as it was my first experience with a cat sitter. She even managed to get to play with my cat that’s on the shy side.

Pin-An was a wonderful, compassionate, and attentive sitter who took great care of our Emma while we were out on a 1-week vacation. I’ve been regularly using Pin-An as a cat sitter for my two kitties for 2 years now. I can honestly say she is the best cat sitter that I’ve ever had. She relates very well to my cats and understands their different personalities and needs. They are young and high energy and always comes up with new games and ways to keep them engaged. She sends updates and photos throughout the day and is sure to ask questions if there is anything that comes up that needs a little more attention. My cats love her and I always know that when she comes over they will be happy and attended to while I’m away.

Pin-An is basically a cat-whisperer. She is super attentive to individual cat personalities and behavior, really enjoys their company and ensures she has all the right information to help determine if anything is amiss. She is super experienced when it comes to special needs cats or ongoing or emergent health issues, including diabetes, kidney and feeding issues. She’s experienced with cats ranging from high energy to cranky to mellow. She is super communicative with her clients and takes great pictures of our babies. She’s trustworthy and respectful of her clients homes while visiting or staying there with the cats. And honestly, she was the first person outside our home to really draw our semi-feral shy boy out of his shell. We’ve come to rely on her not just to take care of our cats when we are away but because she provides so much enrichment for them, it’s like providing them with a wonderful staycation with a favorite auntie while we travel.
