We hired Celeste for 4 nights to care for our 3 cats, 2 of which are geriatric and on medications. She is so friendly, a great communicator, and very flexible. She goes and above and beyond for our cats and for us. I felt very safe with her caring for our babies, and feel equally as comfortable with her staying in our home to do so. Our cats were in excellent health when we returned, and they seemed to really love Celeste! Even our girly cat from the street, who still has a hard time with people, warmed up to her fast. Our home was clean, and she was very respectful of our space. We're so grateful we found Celeste, and we highly recommend her!

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
