Lisa did great with our timid cat, who decided to be an absolute rascal and hid in a closet while we were out! Lisa was able to rescue him and give him his medications, and we are so appreciative that she used her cat whisperer powers to make sure he was okay. She left us a lovely card and sent us update photos that set our mind at ease

Lisa was a wonderful sitter for my 3 kitties! She sent me updates with videos and photos and let me know how my fur babies were doing during my trip. She brought her own toys to play with them - they had so much fun chasing the laser pointer! The house looked the same as when we left it - I appreciate that Lisa took the time to clean up any messes that the cats made. Lisa is absolutely INCREDIBLE. She sets a whole new standard for cat sitting - we will never ask anyone else from now forward! Our sweet cat has tons of health problems and needs multiple medications (including some that need administering orally that she won't take with food) and Lisa took detailed notes on all of it and after meeting her it was clear she would have no problem administering whatever medication our cat needed. She is clearly an expert with cats and went above and beyond for us - not only did she give us a report on every visit with specific medical/health notes, she sent photos and videos, found new ways to encourage our cat to drink more water, brought her toys, and introduced her to Cat TV (which she now loves!). She even left us a sweet card after our honeymoon and left our kitty a new water fountain. Lisa is simply the best, I would recommend her in a heartbeat - if you need someone who understands cats and has expertise on their well being and giving medicine, etc., you should definitely hire her. This was our first time using Lisa but it will definitely not be our last :) Once we started getting her reports we were immediately at ease. She clearly loves what she does and she's excellent - detail oriented, timely, and so good with our cat. It really put me at ease and allowed me to relax more on vacation knowing we had such great care for our kitty, and I could even tell my cat was less anxious when we returned home than she normally is. Lisa helped us out when our usual petsitters fell through. It was the first time we hired through a service, and it went very well! Our cat and rabbit both received two visits a day from Lisa, and she made sure they were eating, had clean water, and were stimulated. She also watched over our home. We have hired Lisa twice this year to care for our cat Zoey over 2-week periods. And both times she has done a stupendous job. This last time she thought that Zoey had injured her leg since she was favoring the leg as she walked. She called us immediately and we discussed what should be done. Lisa was willing to take Zoey to our vet to have her checked out. She then reported back to us what the vet had said. Lisa took a number of steps to make Zoey's life easier, such as putting her bed on the floor so she did not have to climb up to it. She also gives Zoey insulin shots twice per day when she is caring for Zoey. It would be hard for me to think of a better cat sitter for our little cat than Lisa.

Lisa is the best! This was our first time having someone catsit our two for babies in our home and she far-exceeded our expectations. For 12 days, she fed them well, played with and brushed the social one, scooped their boxes and took care to open and close blinds and windows while we were away. Plus, one of our kitties is extremely skittish and Lisa made sure to capture some photos of her (hiding under the bed) and even fed her there to be sure our other kitty wasn’t sneaking all of her food. She was so caring and kind to our fur-kids. We highly recommend Lisa as a friendly, kind, compassionate person who will treat your kitties (and home) with love and respect. This is the second occasion Lisa has taken care of Sasha while I've been away and for the longest period (2 weeks). I cannot say this enough, she is absolutely the best at what she does! She consistently sent me daily text messages with updates about how Sasha was doing and her interactions with her as well as cute video's of their play time together. It relieved me of a lot of apprehension about being gone so long and comfort to see Sasha was doing just fine. I have all the confidence in the world that my girl is well taken care of when I'm away, whether it be for a long or short period of time. In addition, she is just a great person and always goes above and beyond!

Lisa is the absolute best cat *and* house sitter. I have left my cat with her on two occasions and both times I'm pretty sure she preferred Lisa to me. Both times I was able to fully relax knowing my cat was being well taken care of and my house was being looked after. Lisa put on cat tv, brought new toys, new treats, scooped the litter, interactively played, brushed, trimmed nails, and swept tracked litter. The best cat sitter ever. We tried a far too many sitters for our cats over time. Either thru family member, friends, ***** or referrals, no one seemed to get a good grasp for cat sitting a special needs cat. This is when we came across Lisa's profile and decided to book her. In short, Lisa has been the best one so far. During meet up, Lisa came at the scheduled time. She took notes as the conversation went. We initially booked Lisa for a weekend, so she would have an opportunity to spend time with our cat and we could clarify some points before the second, long week booking. All went well and Lisa sent us tons of images and videos. On the second booking, Lisa spent a whole week sleeping over at our home. She was punctual on arrival and kept us praised on the goods and bad. This was extremely important as we could clarify the points that a short meet up was not able to. Not only she took great care of our cat but she also took great care of our home. Over the week we could see Lisa has been able to build a positive relationship with our cat. She was patient not to push anything, touch or force our cat to do anything. Before leaving our home, she kept all cleaned as when she arrived. She was able to give our cats her meds per scheduled times, food, water and clean the litter box. Above all, this was one of the few times we felt ok leaving someone at our home while on travel, someone responsible and respectful towards our home and lastly, someone who understand cats and was able to keep our cat content and safe. Lisa is a fabulous cat sitter. She took care of our cat, Zoey, for two weeks while we were on vacation. Zoey needed two shots of insulin each day while we were gone which Lisa provided. Lisa spent much time playing with Zoey and kept us updated twice daily on how Zoey was doing. I cannot imagine a better cat sitter for our little girl. Lisa was fantastic taking care of our senior cat when we travelled recently for our first long weekend away in over a year! So Lisa's latest visit with my kittie (Belle) was a little bit of a trial (for Lisa!), but she held on and stepped up like a trooper. My poor kittie was having some issues and was getting sick a lot. I needed to find a cat sitter for a trip I was making and my usual group was booked. Luckily I found Meowtel and Lisa had availability! Everything was pretty smooth from start to finish - Lisa was communicative and flexible with her schedule. We were able to set up a meet-and-greet before my trip. My cat is fairly friendly but can be a little shy, and she seemed to take to Lisa quickly. While I was gone, I got picture and video messages (by request) and small daily updates. Lisa even let us know when our water tank alarm went off and offered contacting the office for us. Overall I was happy with the experience and would recommend Lisa to anyone else looking for a caretaker for their furbabies while away. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay immediately upon booking. It wasn't a problem since, as I mentioned, Lisa ended up being great. But I was still uncomfortable with the idea of paying before even getting to meet her.

Wish I could give Lisa 6 stars. Loved the pictures she sent to me everyday and the litter box advice she recommended. Carl was in great condition when we came home. Definitely recommend Lisa!!

I was sold when she first walked in with her bag infront of her feet, which prevents cats from running out. Knowledgeable and reliable. It was kind of scary leaving my babies for such a long time, but looking back, perhaps they had a better time with the consistent fun and attention haha

Lisa is truly amazing. She works so hard with my skittish cat Meowi. She even found Meowi likes Churu cat treats. She just wants them on a plate lol.
