I grew up in a two-cat household and later became a lucky recipient of the universal cat distribution system – i.e., a sweet stray street cat found and adopted me. I promptly spent too much money on cat enrichment paraphernalia – water fountains, a cat tree, tunnels, balls, wands, toys that look like mice and fish and birds, a wall-mountable hair brush, catnip, scratching posts, some battery-powered moving-butterfly contraption, the whole nine yards. Though I no longer have any kitties of my own (at least not on this side of the rainbow bridge), I still get a big fat goofy grin any time I happen across a cat. I even went to a cat café for my 25th birthday; so I've paid my own money to spend time with kitties! All that suffices to say: I delight in being around cats — the old and young, the zoomiest and loafiest, the shy and aloof, and the spicy. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
