"Rachael is incredible!! She came over every night for a week to feed our three cats, scoop their boxes, and just hang out with them--and even shoveled our walkway after a snowstorm! She sent tons of pics of the cats and they clearly loved her. She even spent the day with them after missing a night because of the storm. She obviously loves cats and we've already booked her for another trip we're taking next month. Couldn't recommend her more."

"I had to go out of town about a month after my cat had been diagnosed with diabetes. He required injections twice a day. Needless to say, I was worried about leaving him for a few days. Melissa had experience with caring for diabetic cats so that made me feel reassured that he would be fine. She took good care of my sweet boy and provided great communication while I was away! I’ll definitely be using Melissa again in the future."

And she handled some challenges with my building’s front desk staff well, always putting the cats and their well being first. We’ve already booked Nevaeh for another trip."

She communicated with updates, notes, photos daily. All the cat chores were well and done. Most of all my fur balls were clearly relaxed and happy upon our return home- a key factor in my assessment. I was not anxious while away because she gave me no reason to be, and I will definitely be grateful for her help in the future!"
