"After moving to a new area, we scrambled to find a new overnight cat sitter for an unexpected out of town trip. We have four cats, three of which are all seniors with different medical conditions who need to be all given 4+ different medications and 4+ different specialty food. He has cared for our two senior cats multiple times, and we have been genuinely pleased every single time. Before our recent extended trip for my father’s 80th birthday, Tim came by to reacquaint himself with our home, the cats, and their routines, which reassured us that every detail was covered. Since Tim last helped us, our male cat was diagnosed with diabetes and now requires two injections daily, and Tim’s experience giving diabetes injections was a key reason we felt completely comfortable leaving our diabetic cat in his care. When our male cat became anxious and aggressive about his injections, Tim notified us immediately and worked with us to adjust the plan. In fact, Tim went above and beyond by reaching out to his cat‑sitting community and finding a colleague who was willing to step in and help with shots during a period when she was also very busy, which truly felt like a small miracle and allowed us to finish our important family holiday instead of cutting it short.
