Trinity quickly put me at ease with her loving and attentive care. She visited twice daily, spent extra time with them, and stayed overnight whenever possible. Her communication was outstanding—sending photos, videos, and detailed notes with each visit —and she went above and beyond by handling additional tasks such as bringing in mail, watering plants, and keeping everything tidy. She was fantastic at managing challenging situations and kept in constant contact when one of my cats wasn’t eating properly and getting additional cat food when the delivery was delayed.
