Irena has always been my trusted cat sitter, especially with my senior cats that needed extra care. I love her gentle approach with animals, and always found her to be a pragmatic and detail-oriented person which is the exact trait I want in a pet sitter. Critical thinking is important to her, and it's important to me trusting her with my cats! Irena also cares a lot about cat health and cleanliness, and treating cats as autonomous beings that have boundaries. By god she will ALWAYS clean that water bowl and I love her for it!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
