Karli was fantastic! Booked her over Christmas to check in on my cat and administer insulin injections. She was very thorough during the meet&greet and the entire visit was stress-free. Karli was great with my two grumpy old lady, special needs cats. she handled their medications and complicated feeding instructions with ease. she's super organized, pays attention to detail, communicates well, and goes above and beyond with extra cleanup, pictures, and notes. Out of the few Meowtel providers we've used, Karli is by far the most prepared, thorough, and responsible. She did her homework prior to meeting us and already knew our cats names and all the info in our profile, and she asked many questions and even took her own notes. While we were gone, I can't explain how above and beyond she went. We were so incredibly happy with her. I get the feeling this isn't only seen as a source for extra income for her like it is for others. She honestly cares and wants to make sure the pets are provided for and happy. She said her goal is to make sure our cats don't resent us for leaving when we come back- and she did just that. They were super happy! She's now our permanent sitter 😺
