I love cats! I once made a presentation on why cats are better than dogs (Had to do a lot of research about cats and the benefits of owning one!) I am a software engineer and works from home most of the time, which gives me a lot of flexibility and time to have quality time with your cats!

Our family adopted our first cat back in 2021 during COVID and spend a lot of time with her, and that is when my love for cats grew the most! I am now moved out from home and live alone and my cat is back with my family. This made it easier for me to cat sit my colleagues' cats whenever they are out of town. 📍 LOCATIONS📍
I live in lower nob hill area, by Van ness and Sutter. Currently, anywhere on Van ness would work best for me! I do not have a car, so I would walk, or take the public transportation to go see your kitties. I have easy commute access with Muni (49, 2, 1, 38/38R). Would prefer weekday visits! Some of the neighborhoods that works great for me are: Lower Nobhill, Japantown, Nobhill, FiDi/Embarcadero(weekdays only!), and Chinatown areas!

I am very patient with shy kitties since my family's cat was a super shy one who gets scared all the time. I am very attentive, and always over communicate with my clients about their kitties. Best of all, I absolutely love taking photos of cats that I cat sit! I uploaded a few to my profile gallery :)

I have been cat sitting for over a year now! I first started when I moved to the city because of my love of cats! Now I am continuing my journey to find more kitty friends around the city 💕

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

The cats!!! I love seeing different cats and interacting with them. Some are shy and some are cuddly, some are active and some are more reserved. But all cats are wonderful and charming in their own ways 💕

Bora is beyond amazing!! She gave amazing care to my kitty and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Ample photos, updates on comings and goings and everything I asked for was done beyond well. She is incredibly kind on top of it and I will be booking Bora again and again!

Bora was amazing - she was very responsive, detail oriented and kind. Puddles came back plump and healthy even after my 3 weeks trip away. I always felt up to date and Bora went above and beyond as well keeping my place tidy in its catty backdrop. she’s wonderful!

Bora was an amazing cat sitter who made sure my two kitties were fed and happy each day. She sent pictures of them everyday and let me know how they were doing. I would recommend Bora to anybody who has pets that need watching.

Bora was a wonderful sitter. She was thoroughly communicative and when I returned from my trip, my cat Waldo was very relaxed, which isn't often the case when I travel. Highly recommend her, one of the best sitters I've found on here.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
