"Kitten is an amazing cat sitter. She was sure to ask questions beforehand to make sure she had all the info she needed to care for our aging cat. She cleaned up when he missed the litter box, she adjusted the thermostat when it got too hot, she brought in the mail and packages that arrived, and she posted notifications and photos for us each day we were gone. Next time we go on vacation, we will definitely be asking Kitten to come again!"

Allison Nill
"With Allison watching our kitties, it felt more like a friend stopping by than “just” a cat sitter! She was super communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos of our two fur babies while we were away. And she sent super detailed recaps after each visit. She even went above and beyond by closing our patio umbrella for us when some unexpected wind hit while we were away, and she was kind enough to vacuum up some stray litter our little messy felines left behind. Most importantly our kitties were happy and healthy when we returned! We will 100% book Allison again next time we go out of town if she’s available!! Thank you Allison!"

My kitties warmed up to him very quickly and he provided detailed updates with thoughtful photos. Jordan was happy to answer any questions I had and never hesitated if I asked him for additional help (to check the automatic feeder, cat camera, etc). "Not only was Heather great with my cat Juno (who is very nervous with new people and warmed to her right away), she saved my apartment from an ant infestation! Heather sent beautiful pictures and videos of my cat every day, followed care Instructions perfectly, and when she saw ants in my kitchen, reached out to me right away and then helped eradicate the issue. I was very nervous about leaving my little one, but felt relieved and reassured that Heather was there with her."

Experienced Vet Tech Who Loves Cats
"We were so happy to meet Catherine, at the meet and greet we knew she was going to be a very friendly, kind, responsible person. With her experience as a vet tech she had no problem giving one of our cats her daily medication. We were having a new roof put on while Catherine was there and asked her to do a few unrelated tasks, which she did, all with a positive attitude. Overall, Catherine has great communication, is friendly, competent and caring, A+ for sure. Charlotte"

"Anastasia was absolutely wonderful with my cats, and I couldn't be happier with the care she provided. She was incredibly communicative, sent the cutest photos and updates, and handled my one cat's daily medication with ease. What really amazed me was her patience with my other cat, who is extremely shy and usually hides in the closet whenever anyone visits. By the end of her stay, he was actually coming out and spending time with her - which is completely unheard of! It's clear she spent quality time playing with them, earning their trust, and making sure they felt loved and comfortable while I was away. I'm so relieved to have found someone I can trust with my cats, and even better, someone my cats genuinely love. I'll absolutely be booking Anastasia again!"

Carrie's Cat Care
"We have worked with Carrie a few times but this was our first long reservation with her (10 days). Everything went smoothly, my cats Lola and Laurel both have pre existing health conditions (well under control but can be exacerbated by stress) and Carrie monitored them closely for potential signs and symptoms. One day Laurel started having some unusual litter box issues (it was not clear if she was developing urinary symptoms, which she is prone to, or if she was constipated) and Carrie immediately brought those issues to our attention. We were able to troubleshoot together, thankfully it was nothing serious and Carrie was able to pay our cats an additional visit that same day to give them extra attention and to make sure Laurel was feeling better. We were hugely reassured and very grateful for her attentiveness and availability. In addition, I was positively surprised by how easy it was to book an additional visit for the same day on the fly on the Meowtel portal, I had never needed to do that before. We were thrilled to be able to work with Carrie again, the peace of mind she was able to give us while we were on vacation was unparalleled and we look forward to working with her in the future. Last but certainly not least, Lola and Laurel were head over heels for Carrie, we got lots and lots of adorable purrs and cuddles videos, which made us so happy! Thank you Carrie!"

Excited To Meet Your Cat
"When you have to leave your furry family members behind, the hardest part isn't the packing or the travel—it’s the lingering worry in the back of your mind. Are they eating? Are they scared? Do they miss me? Thankfully, having someone like Katarina step in changes everything. Recently, Katarina took on the ultimate multi-species challenge: looking after my clowder of cats and my two spirited bunnies. If you know anything about managing cats and rabbits under one roof, you know it takes a special kind of pet sitter—someone who possesses the stealth of a ninja, the patience of a saint, and the observational skills of a detective. Katarina didn't just manage; she excelled. In fact, according to Thor, our senior cat and resident spokesperson, Katarina is practically feline royalty. When asked for his official review of her pet-sitting services, Thor gave his whiskers a thoughtful twitch and purred that she was the epitome of patience and kindness. "She didn't rush me when I took my sweet time getting to my food bowl," Thor practically meowed. "And she noticed the exact way I like my chin scratched. Plus, she treated my bunny siblings with the utmost respect." For a senior cat like Thor, routine and comfort are everything, and Katarina’s incredible attention to detail meant his golden years were treated with the care and reverence they deserve. As for me, miles and miles away, I experienced something rare and precious for a traveling pet parent: complete peace of mind. You see, peace of mind isn't just about knowing your pets are fed and safe; it’s about feeling like you aren’t really that far away at all. Katarina mastered this by sending the most wonderful, timely updates and photos. Seeing a snapshot of a relaxed bunny munching on hay or catching Thor lounging contentedly in a sunbeam bridged the physical distance instantly. Those little digital windows into my home made me feel connected, cherished, and entirely at ease. It takes a truly special person to not only keep pets alive and well while their humans are away, but to make them feel genuinely loved and understood. Katarina didn't just "watch" my pets—she cared for them, body and soul. Thor, the bunnies, and I give her five out of five stars, two paws up, and a very enthusiastic thump of approval!"

"# ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars from Us—and Probably Ten from Our Cats! 😸 T is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly caring, responsible, and detail-oriented. She doesn’t just take care of our cats—she pays attention to every little detail about them and genuinely understands their personalities. She seems to know every movement, expression, and little “language” of our cats. She notices things that even we sometimes don’t! She takes such amazing care of them that my only concern is that they might start comparing her to us—and we may not come out looking very good! 😊 She is also extremely reliable and communicative. She always keeps us posted about when she is arriving and leaving, and regularly sends us photos and videos of the cats. It makes such a difference when you’re away to actually see that your cats are happy, comfortable, and being well cared for. What I especially appreciate about T is that she goes beyond simply feeding and looking after the cats. She is very knowledgeable and always gives us helpful suggestions about their nutrition, behavior, and overall well-being. Knowing that T is taking care of our cats gives us complete peace of mind when we are away. She treats them with so much love and attention that you truly feel they are in the best possible hands. I highly recommend T to anyone looking for someone who will care for their cats as if they were her own—maybe even a little better!"

"Cassie knocked it out of the park for me. Just a great person and sitter. She was kind, detailed, communicative and thorough with each visit (updates and pics) which made me feel so much better. My sweet Bitty was recently diagnosed with a major health condition, which had me anxious about leaving. But, Cassie was so sweet about it, showed her a lot of love and administered meds no problem. Absolutely will hire her again and you should too. You won’t regret your decision!"

"It took a little time for me to figure out the Meowtel website and how to use their system. once I booked a cat sitter, had the first meeting in-person, I felt comfortable with the system. Tasha was the sitter I chose, and who was available for my dates. She was friendly & professional and asked great questions. While away, I was sent messages with photos and updates of how she was doing and how my cat was doing. It all went very well and I was pleased with the service."

"Shay was absolutely incredible! I needed her to medicate my one cat as I was flying to Italy for two weeks. I unfortunately had to leave the trip early due to my cat relapsing with more seizures, but Shay was SUPER helpful. She helped me learn better methods on how to give the medicine and she helped me feed my two cats and scoop thier litter and play with them. I think he was also my emotional support person through all this too 😂 While I was away I got the BEST updates and photos. I will be 1000 percent hiring her again. Thank you Shay! xoxo"

"I cannot recommend Jasmine enough!! She is attentive, diligent and got along very well with my cats. This speaks volumes mostly because one of my cats is very shy and does not warm up to strangers easily. On our her very first interaction with him, it took him no time to be comfortable around her. She truly understands the weight of responsibility and concern any owner would have leaving their cats at any given time. She was very communicative during her visits and gave in depth updates which I really loved."

"Renée is the absolute best! She went above and beyond, and she even came over and met my cat ahead of time to help him get comfortable. He doesn’t do well by himself and gets a little mean, but she was so kind and understanding. She texted me updates every day and we strategized together how to best support my scaredy cat. She even brought some calming treats and put on smooth jazz to help calm him down. I highly recommend Renée and would definitely trust her with my kitty again."

"Jannet went above and beyond to care for our cat. Our cat requires medication and Jannet was not only confident about administering the doses, she also sent updates about how the meds had been mixed into our cat’s food- and how much she had eaten. Our cat is also quite skittish and needs a lot of patience. Jannet was very kind and took time to get to know her, and she even sent photos to document their time together. I’ve never used Meowtel before and it was a first for me to hand over my key to a stranger, but the experience was wonderful! I would recommend Jannet to anyone looking for a cat sitter who truly cares about her role and the impact she has on cats and kittens. I will definitely ask for Jannet’s help the next time I’m out of town- she’s the best!"

"Luanne was AMAZING! She cared for my little guy with so much love and respect. My cat has a bunch of different meds and issues going on and Luanne took care of him without hesitation. I was so worried it would be too much but she was so reassuring that she was there to do whatever she could to make my cat comfortable and cared for. "Tim is absolutely fantastic and our two cats love him. We have a cat that requires subcutaneous fluids now and he was so amazing and gentle with her. He even had us do a test run during the meet and greet to make sure she felt comfortable with him administering the medications. It’s been difficult to feel like we can go out of town with these new medical changes, but Tim was so amazing to both our girls that we felt like we could put our worries down and know they were in the best care."
