Every single trip, she stayed on top of everything by scooping and cleaning all 3 litter boxes, feeding them their favorite snacks and even taking out my trash. She truly customized everything to their specific needs and wants, taking the time to learn exactly what their favorite toys and snacks were. They were initially shy, but she got them on Team Sherre very quickly! Her communication was great throughout the entire booking. She sent me regular photos, videos, and detailed breakdowns of all the chores she attended to. Leaving my pets behind was tough, but Sherre gave me total peace of mind. Knowing she had eyes on my home and was looking out for my two fuzzers made all the difference. I highly recommend her!"

From our initial meet-and-greet, he took the time to really listen, asked thoughtful questions, and made a point to respect my cat Haggy's boundaries instead of trying to force an interaction. Haggy is pretty shy around new people, so that immediately gave me confidence that Christian understood how to approach him. Throughout the week, Christian was an exceptional communicator. Every visit came with a detailed update, wonderful photos and videos, and I always knew exactly how Haggy was doing. He followed every instruction perfectly, took great care of my plants, and made it so easy to relax and enjoy my trip knowing everything back home was in good hands. What I didn't expect—and what meant the most to me—was watching Haggy slowly come out of his shell. Christian sent videos of them playing Haggy's favorite stick-and-string game, and by the end of the week Haggy was happily chirping at him, playing, and genuinely enjoying his company. I never would have guessed that my shy cat would build that kind of trust with someone in just a week. Coming home to a happy, comfortable cat instead of one who was simply "looked after" made all the difference. "Jared made sure our cats were fed and watered, changed our litter, even took out the litter trash at the end of his time with our boys, and he documented everything. He gave them attention and was very patient with the one that hid under the bed until the scaredy cat came out of hiding. Jared even took extra check-in times last minute when our friend who was supposed to help had a family emergency. We were able to rest easy knowing Jared had everything under control."

Not Julia! Julia was calm and patient, which is exactly the energy our kitty needs when he’s out of his routine. She also met him where he was at that day with energy levels and didn’t force him or chase him. I really, really appreciated this. She’s clearly worked with older grumpy/scaredy cats before! Julia got to our house when she said she would; was very communicative about what she did and her, and checked in with me about behavior questions. I was so appreciative."
