After moving to a new side of town and having a family emergency, I was fortunate to find Shelly. Upon the first interaction with her and my cat, I knew she was the right fit. -Truly a precious and surprising moment, as my cat got up and went to Shelly as if she knew her. Witnessing that comfort between them was impressionable. Shellys communication from booking through my return was outstanding and professional. Her care for my feline was above and beyond. - I know this because my cat told me in her own way. (I recognize when my cat is stressed from my absence, and she was a very happy girl when I returned) For me, this solidified excellence and I will be utilizing Shelly many times over. I could not be more pleased and grateful for the care and service received.

Firstly, I have been a Rover cat sitter for 4.5 years and so I know both sides of the sitter/pet parent experience. Shelly treated my cats just I would have with any petsitting client I've had, like her own cats! She came over at a consistent time every morning while I was on Christmas vacation, so I never worried what time she would arrive. Shelly took care of all the basics and then some, including giving my cat Tiger her ear meds. She always sent a nice little report with photos. When I came back, she had washed all the wet food bowls, taken out the trash (used litter bags), and left a welcome back card. She was very responsive to any questions/concerns I had about my kitties and most importantly, my cats love her and were very well taken care of. I would kitty l highly recommend her for your cat sitter needs!

Shelly did a fabulous job taking care of my two kitties during the thanksgiving holiday this year. She gave my attention hog Randall the love he needed while I was gone, and carefully provided attention and medication to my senior kitty. They were in good hands when I was out of town!
