I’ve had cats my entire life and can’t wait to get to know yours! I grew up taking care of my childhood pets and cat sitting for neighbors and friends. My own cat, Spooky, has been my world since I adopted her seven years ago.
My part-time, flexible work schedule allows me the freedom to give your kitties the love and attention they need! I know how stressful it can be for a cat to meet a new person, so as your cat sitter, I’ll do everything possible to stick to their usual routine. Whether your cat wants to play, cuddle, or be left alone, I promise to let them take the lead!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I’ve been cat sitting nearly as long as I can remember! As a child, my siblings and I helped our neighbors while they were on vacation. When I became an adult, my friends and I would frequently trade cat sitting services. I love meeting new kitties and helping pet parents out! I’m also willing to check on your home/provide light house sitting tasks (getting mail/packages, watering plants, etc.)
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have a 7-year-old tuxedo cat named Spooky, who got her name because she was rescued from a haunted house I worked at that Halloween season. When I go home to visit my family, I get to spend time with my other favorite tuxedo cat - an indoor/outdoor boy named Louis.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I know that anxiety and shyness sometimes comes with the territory when cat sitting. My own Spooky can be particularly anxious, in fact! I always like to talk strategies with pet parents ahead of time, as you know your cat best. Do they like treats? To be talked to soothingly? A special toy or blanket? Just say the word, and I’ll do everything in my power to make them comfy!

Claudia was amazing with my 4 boys!! i was gone for 2 weeks and thought I left everything in order for her, but of course automatic litter boxes stopped working, we ran out of food, one anxious cat pooped a ton outside of the box, etc. she was wonderful with troubleshooting every single issue and so kind through it all. I came home to happy cats and a clean house and I can't thank her enough for the peace of mind I had. 100% recommend!!

Thanks for taking care of our 2 cats! Claudia came over to meet them before the sitting and cats immediately warmed up to her. The sitting went great overall. I am giving 4 stars because I had to remind her to change the water in the fountain as well as she forgot to set the alarm system multiple times after leaving our place.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Denver cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $30.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet!
