Callie was great! My cats loved her (even my very shy one). She was also super accommodating with a last minute medication administration for one of my cats that got sick right before we left. Very happy with my first Meowtel experience and would definitely book her again!

Callie truly has a gift. Callie was professional, kind,reliable. Sir Mojo is a 20 year old kitty who extra care. Wow did she deliver. Mojo was eating and visiting with her. Mojo does not socialize with strangers. That speaks volumes. Highly recommend her.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
