Jaclyn did an amazing job taking care of our two kitties while we were vacationing in Asia. I usually get nervous leaving them for long trips, but during our initial meet-and-greet, one of our cats immediately warmed up to her — that’s when I knew she was the right person. Throughout her visits, she communicated clearly with thoughtful updates on how the cats were doing. She kept the litter box clean (our two definitely keep it busy!) and sent plenty of photos and videos that reassured us they were happy and comfortable. Jaclyn could not have been a more perfect pet sitter. I was going through a really hard time leaving my cat when for a wedding when I knew she was on the decline from a terminal illness, and Jaclyn helped me feel like I was still in the loop and made me feel sure my baby was getting all the love she could in a distressing time. She kept up with her meds and sent tons of pictures. I lost my cat while away, which was extremely difficult, but she helped make it easier by checking in with my other cat and leaving a condolence card. Truly an angel that I would definitely use again.

Jaclyn did an amazing job caring for our cat Toby. We hired her on rather short notice, and she was super accommodating and flexible. She paid great attention to detail. She was also an excellent communicator, always responding quickly to messages and providing detailed updates with cute photos while we were gone. She even cleaned up the kitty litter around Toby's litterbox before we returned home, and she left us a super sweet, handwritten thank you note. We felt totally confident with Toby in Jaclyn's care and would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I am new to the area and had to extend a work trip and didn't want to leave my cats for too long by themselves, especially with one being a senior cat. Jaclyn was quick and responsive to my booking and allowed me to focus on work without worrying about the cats. Very detail oriented and understanding of the needs and personality of an older cat. I loved the update photos and could see the cats were well taken care of while I was away! Highly recommend!

Jaclyn was fantastic with our elderly, shy and sometimes unfriendly kitty. She was able to coax her into coming out for pets and socializing while we were away...which is not always easily done based on the experience of some other cat sitters we've used! The daily pictures and updates were very much appreciated and eased our worries while we were away from home for the longest we've ever been. We needed a cat sitter for our wedding weekend and all of our friends that usually cat sit were going to be at our wedding, so we were unsure how our cats would respond to a stranger (one of our cats is very shy), but Jaclyn had the perfect personality and knew how to approach and care for our cats!
