Lucinda has been our cat sitter for a couple years. I can’t say enough good things about her! She is so good with our all our cats! Last year when one of our cats fell ill, she was able to administer meds and help clean up accidents. She was so incredibly patient and caring during a hard time. Lucinda is always quick to respond and she sends the best pictures and updates! We feel so fortunate to have found her!

What I appreciate about Lucinda is she genuinely loves kitties. Having someone who loves my cats as much as me means a lot when I'm not with them. Lucinda was great. She interacted with our kitties as much as possible which is impressive because both cats are very shy with people they don't know. And I really appreciated the daily photos and updates! Lucinda also let me know when one of the cats threw up and kept an eye on both cats to make sure their health was OK. She followed through on all the house stuff we asked her to do as well. Kitten Mittens is very shy and this was his first time alone for a few days. I was worried that he would hide the whole time and/or get sick, but Lucinda worked her magic. Mittens ate all of his food and took his medicine without getting sick and he didn't hide. Aside from taking care of Mittens, Lucinda brought in the trash bin and watered the plants. I highly recommend her services. 😻

Lucinda not only sends me the best pictures, but I can tell my cat actually likes her, which says a lot because Guppy has a bad case of “stranger danger syndrome”. Guppy is definitely happy when I get home, but I can tell she is a little upset that she will no longer be getting so many treats 😹 Your cat will be well taken care of with Lucinda!

We are extremely pleased with how well Lucinda took care of our cat during an extended vacation. Lucinda does an excellent job with cats with tough personalities. Our cat is shy and when alone can be aggressive toward strangers; Lucinda had no problem with getting our cat to warm up to her, and by the end our cat was sitting on her lap and being sweet! We also had a time-sensitive urgent apartment maintenance issue come up that Lucinda promptly noted, gave me a call and helped to mitigate. She truly went above and beyond and we would not hesitate to have her cat sit for us again.

We were out of the country in a remote place with little cell reception when we learned our Cat sitter was unexpectedly in the hospital and couldn’t attend to our cats. We were not Meowtel customers but immediately signed up to find a sitter. This was an emergency situation during the 4th of July weekend and Lucinda stepped up to the plate and was able to care for our cats and give us peace of mind while we were away. She had never been to our house or met our cats but was able to get in, use the alarm, and operate the litter robot, which isn’t easy if you don’t know how to use it. Lucinda is awesome! It became obvious that she also knows a lot about plants as they were looking so healthy when we returned

Lucinda was fantastic for our older, needy cat. She took careful notes on all the medicines our cat needs, made sure she got them on time, and even successfully got subcutaneous fluids into her when it normally takes two of us holding her down. Highly recommended!

We have three cats with three extremely different personalities and a fair amount of individual detail. Lucinda had them all meeting her at the door by the second day, even the bed hider. She is experienced and thoughtful about her work. She understood how to engage with body language and cat communication. Reservation was easy. Spoke with her via chat and felt super comfortable and booked the appointments for a 2 week span. Met her for the consult and my one cat loved her, the other doesn't really like people. My older cat (13 years) just had radiation treatment and needed to be on meds, lucinda was able and willing to give her the meds she needed even though my cat was not willing to allow it and probably fussed a bit. She always sent pictures and gave me updates. I was so confident in knowing that she was taking care of my two babies while I was away on one of the longest trips without seeing my babies that I didn't even look at the cameras I have inside the house. She truly is a 5 star person. She cares about my babies, she spent time with them, she took care of them like they were her own! Thank you! Lucinda is hands down the best cat sitter we’ve EVER had! Our cats love her, she follows instructions to a T, she provides us with photos and updates for every visit, and she even takes time to play with our kitties! We never have to worry about how the cats are faring when we are out of town - she is trustworthy and super reliable, and very very kind! Fantastic first experience with Lucinda. We have already booked her for several more elongated trips we're taking, to know our kitties are safe, happy, and well cared for. Lucinda provided a daily visit update with a run-down of each cat's receptivity to her, and photos of each so we could see all were well. Lucinda is our regular sitter (and my HERO) for my two kitties and one is VERY high maintenance. I absolutely adore her. She goes above and beyond. My very old kitty had kidney disease and requires medication and IV fluids. She’s also very shy, messy, and all the things. Lucinda is the best with her. I can trust her to do all of the things, and the kitties love her. I can say enough good things. We travel a lot and often have her for overnights but sometimes drop ins. I don’t know what we’d do without her.

Lucinda is amazing. One of my kitties is a senior with kidney disease/high needs so Lucinda does overnight care, I felt so confident leaving them with her after meeting her — she was so much more responsible and put together than any cat sitter I’ve had. She does so well with both of my babies.

If I could give Lucinda 10 stars, I would. She went above and beyond taking care of Toulouse, and we will definitely be return customers, forever. Lucinda took notes when we did the intro. The first day she spent some extra time adjusting our tablet (Toulouse baby monitor) and taking care of Toulouse. She even brought up our packages of her own initiative! She left Toulouse a toy she loved overnight and showed the upmost care and concern, literally treated our home and cat like it was her own. If you're stressed and nervous about leaving your baby and home in the hands of someone, I would definitely recommend Lucinda!

Amazing! My cats are part of the family. I was nervous to leave them with a stranger but when I met Lucinda, I felt comfortable immediately. I have one cat who often hides from people she doesn’t know. When she didn’t hide even at her first meeting with Lucinda, I knew we found the right person!

Lucinda was great! I loved getting picture updates and my cats loved the little mouse she brought them.

Lucinda was absolutely amazing! I am new to Denver and gratefully had the pleasure of connecting with her to come hang out with my fur baby. She stopped by two days in a row and sent pictures and played with him and gave him love while I was away from two days. Highly recommend her, she was superb!
