I can not recommend Kai enough! First time leaving my baby with someone she doesn't know and Kai went above and beyond to take care of her and make me feel at ease! I received check in texts and pictures during every visit. There was even a missing cat in my building Kai assisted with. If you'e looking for someone who REALLY cares about your cat, look no further!

Kai took great care of our kitten while we were on vacation for 4 days! It was our first time leaving him and Kai made sure to give him lots of cuddles and good care. He sent regular updates and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be working with him in the future.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
