Hi, I'm Arianna, and cat-mom to my baby Toki (he's 8 but still a baby to me). I know how challenging it is to find quality and trustworthy care for cats; even the nicest cat-only boarding facilities don't quite measure up to the comfort and safety of home. I have had 3 cats over the last 22 years, and Toki has been my pride and joy since he was a kitten. He gets wet meals three times daily, and he loves to run around and play, even now. Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
