Deanna was exceptional! She offered to meet the cats before her scheduled session, which was extremely helpful and brought ease of mind. I really appreciated that extra touch! She was communicative, responsive, and always sent pictures. She provided daily updates as well. I have a small calico cat who can sometimes be shy…but not with Deanna! She was purring like crazy with Deanna around. I felt confident she was taking great care of my four llegged companions and could enjoy my time away from them with worrying about their well being. I would HIGHLY recommend Deanna to anyone who needs a cat sitter!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
