Robert was an amazing pet sitter! it was my first time using the Meowtel app but Robert put me at ease during the meet and greet and took extensive notes on my cats’ needs. During my trip, Robert sent lots of great photos and videos (many which were very funny) and also went above and beyond, picking something up at the store for one of my cats. One of my cats is usually very shy but she hung out a ton with Robert during the visits. I will definitely use Robert again in the future!

Rob was great. It was my first time leaving my cat and kitten at home alone for this long. I was a little bit nervous but Rob was very prepared and professional at the meet and great. He took notes and reminded me of little things like extra litter and their brush. Loved the videos during week and the quick responses. I feel lucky to have found him and the kitties feel spoiled. 😻

As always, Rob takes the best care of my kitties! He was able to help me administer medication to one kitty, and monitor my other kitty to make sure she had gotten over a stomach bug. Knowing my cats are safe and happy in his care alleviates the stress of travel 110%!!

Rob was fantastic with our little old lady cat, Lily! He sent excellent updates every day and it was clear that he enjoyed spending time with her in the way she most wanted, which was just cuddles and attention. Rob is simply the BEST! He is so fantastic with our cat, administering his medications, playing with him, going above and beyond to clean up after his messy eating area, and keeping the litter box some as clean as possible (not an easy feat).
