Tashani also did a great job making sure that the litter box was clean as could be. Tashani is an absolutely exceptional cat sitter! We couldn’t have asked for better care for our cats, Stevie and Nyx. From the moment we left, it was clear that Tashani was completely dedicated to their wellbeing. She was incredibly attentive to both of them and went above and beyond in every way. Throughout our time away, Tashani sent us wonderful updates and pictures of Stevie and Nyx, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were happy and well cared for. One of our cats has a lot of anxiety, and when we returned home, both cats were noticeably calm and content thanks to Tashani’s care. What really impressed us was Tashani’s thoughtfulness beyond just cat care though. She even noticed that one of our tires was flat and let us know before we got home, so we could be prepared to deal with it. That kind of attention and consideration is rare and so appreciated. We can confidently say that Tashani is the best cat sitter we’ve ever had. We had her watch our cats previously in 2024 and she was a great sitter then as well. Our cats clearly loved her, and we trust her completely. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets with genuine love and exceptional care!

I am very grateful to have had Tashani look after my cats during the holidays while I was away. I understand the holidays can stressful, which is why I was proactive about booking a cat sitter. With that being said, I scheduled the meet and greet 2 weeks beforehand, but it had to be rescheduled twice at the last minute. I understand holidays can get busy and plans change, but I just did not appreciate the last minute changes, especially a few days before I was supposed to be leaving and when I made the effort to plan ahead. Overall, Tashani was on top of the tasks I requested of her and I appreciated all the pictures and updates. The pictures and updates were a bit inconsistent with its the content and level of detail. I’ve had cat sitters from Meowtel before, and my experience with Tashani was not what I was used to. I understand that every cat sitter conducts their business differently, but this part of my experience was below average. One thing that I am not satisfied with was how my cats’ water fountain ran out of water. I found out through the water fountain app and cat camera, and had to contact Tashani at 2am. Luckily, she came early in the morning to remedy this and they were only without water for a little less than 12 hours. This was just especially stressful to me since I could not do anything and expect my cat sitter to be proactive about refilling water/food/litter. Again, I’d like to preface that I am grateful for the care and help Tashani provided for my cats and I. There were just some issues that I could not look past and made me feel stressed out during my time away from my cats.

Her update was detailed and I was happy with how she ensured my kitties were happy. I highly recommend Tashani! This was my first time leaving for a big trip and leaving my kitty back home, so I was nervous. Tashani was very responsive and attentive. Our cats are indoor/outdoor cats and thus, accounting for them and making sure they are rounded up for meal time is always a difficult task even for us. Me and the kitties had an excellent experience with Tashani. From start to finish she was quick to respond and accommodating. She cared for my kitties and home as if they were her own. Both of my kitties had a wonderful experience. The more outgoing kitty has difficulties with separation anxiety but I could tell from the photo updates and his demeanor when I returned that he was at peace. My other shyer one even came out to spend time her towards the end which shows her knowledgeable and gentle nature. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience 10/10.
