Hello, I’m Tashani! I have 2 cats, Tex( 5 years old) and Ash( About 2 years old). Tex I got from a Humane Society while Ash was a Stray in my complex. I enjoy cat sitting because I like seeing the different personalities of everybody’s cat. Any cat owner knows that no two cats are exactly alike, so it’s pretty interesting to see how they interact with each other, and with the same things so differently in the household. Tashani was Absolutely WONDERFUL! I understand that no one is perfect so even with a couple less than 5-star reviews I was confident Tashani was a good sitter and happy for my decision! I will contact her if I ever need help again as she made me feel at ease with me having to be away from my kitty! I did a last minute reservation and she accepted it and was able to help out. Her update was detailed and I was happy with how she ensured my kitties were happy. It is Christmas season and I know it is busy and everyone's schedules are all over the place but she found a way which we were absolutely happy about. I will recommend her to anyone that will listen! She made sure my kitty, who is a wonderful hider, was located during her visit and I greatly appreciate her!

I am very grateful to have had Tashani look after my cats during the holidays while I was away. I understand the holidays can stressful, which is why I was proactive about booking a cat sitter. With that being said, I scheduled the meet and greet 2 weeks beforehand, but it had to be rescheduled twice at the last minute. I understand holidays can get busy and plans change, but I just did not appreciate the last minute changes, especially a few days before I was supposed to be leaving and when I made the effort to plan ahead. Overall, Tashani was on top of the tasks I requested of her and I appreciated all the pictures and updates. The pictures and updates were a bit inconsistent with its the content and level of detail. I’ve had cat sitters from Meowtel before, and my experience with Tashani was not what I was used to. I understand that every cat sitter conducts their business differently, but this part of my experience was below average. One thing that I am not satisfied with was how my cats’ water fountain ran out of water. I found out through the water fountain app and cat camera, and had to contact Tashani at 2am. Luckily, she came early in the morning to remedy this and they were only without water for a little less than 12 hours. This was just especially stressful to me since I could not do anything and expect my cat sitter to be proactive about refilling water/food/litter. Again, I’d like to preface that I am grateful for the care and help Tashani provided for my cats and I. There were just some issues that I could not look past and made me feel stressed out during my time away from my cats.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
