I offer flexibility and peace of mind with a two to three-day extended sit gratis if the weather on your way back is unsafe for travel.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been cat sitting for four years. I have experience with both shy and confident kitties. I possess a patient nature and respect your cats’ space and autonomy. They choose when they feel comfortable to approach me and allow me the honor of being in closer proximity to them.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
What I enjoy about cat sitting is the cats themselves. Each cat touches me in a different way and teaches me things about life like living in intervals. Knowing how to slow down and rest and when to prepare for a sprint.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
My favorite cat sitting reservation was of Thera and Oly. They were fun energetic and playful cats. They were extremely curious and entertained the inventive game I created for them. I enjoyed that experience because we quickly became friends and they coaxed my creativity. Oly loved belly rubs and Thera loved to relax and read with me in bed. It felt like I had the best of both worlds with them. An equal balance of tranquil quiet time and fun playfultime.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes I am usually available during the holidays. And offer a two to three day extended stay gratis in case of weather emergencies traveling back.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
To handle cats that are particularly timid and anxious, I usually give them time and space to cultivate a trust between us. I respect them and their space, and will spend time with them keeping within their limit of comfortability. I have a shy presence myself and understand the importance of taking it slow.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
