Volkan was an amazing pet sitter for our cats, Chloe and Snowball. He has experience administering medication and was able to successfully give our asthmatic cat his inhaler twice a day. He worked to quickly build trust with the cats through a patient and kind approach and engaged them with play. He was diligent and detailed with updates including adorable pictures and videos. He left our place tidy and our cats happy! Highly recommend!

Volkan has been excellent to work with. I have a 16 year old diabetic cat who has had some bad experiences with previous sitters. Not the case here! Volkan has been kind and thorough, and I'm happy to report that the two of them are getting along smoothly. I look forward to working with Volkan on a regular basis from here on out!

Volkan was amaaaaaazing. I am very paranoid about leaving my fur daughter. Volkan sent tons of pictures and videos and my baby clearly loved him. Felt very secure having Volkan in charge. Highly recommend.

I’ve been really happy with Volkan! He’s super communicative, sending 2-3 updates with photos of my cats every day. One of my cats is very shy and usually hides, but Volkan was so patient, letting him adjust at his own pace and giving him lots of attention. It really put me at ease knowing my cats were in such caring hands. He’s flexible, friendly, and very experienced I wouldn’t hesitate to have him take care of my cats again.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
