Zoe watched over my cat, Bailey, while I took a two week vacation in Europe. She came by every day to ensure he was well fed / hydrated and otherwise well attended to. When I came back, the litter box was scooped and Bailey’s fur was looking well-groomed, so I could tell Zoe really took her time to go above and beyond to love on Bailey and provide him with adequate social interaction while I was gone. She also sent photo/video updates of her various visits—which was well appreciated while I was away from my kitty!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
