I recently lost my husband and needed to travel out of town for a few days. Ashley was so warm and kind and put my mind at ease right away during our meet and greet. She proceeded to exceed my expectations. This was my first time employing any outside help with my kitties and she was AMAZING! She also grabbed my mail for me and cleaned up any kitty messes that happened in my absence!! She went Above and beyond for sure. I will be seeking out her services again in the future, for sure!!! Ashley was amazing with Mr. Butters! I ended up booking my first overnight visit because he is new to Chicago, but not to me and was staying with my partner. Unfortunately, I had to go out of town for a work trip for a week and luckily she was available during that time. she provided amazing video and updates, including brushing him, before and after pics of food and litter and belly rubs, which I really, really appreciated and it put my mind at ease. he was raised in a hoarding situation and never really bonded with people so it was important that I found somebody who could read his cues and give him affection based on his personality.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ashley. I adopted my two cats about 6 months ago and this was my first time leaving them to go out of town. Ashley is a cat whisperer. She went above and beyond to make sure my middle aged, timid cat was comfortable with her before successfully pilling him twice a day. She is prompt, detailed, extremely knowledgeable, and will treat your cats like they are her own. She also changed her personal schedule to accommodate my cat’s medication schedule (every 12 hours). I have never left my boys with someone before and I couldn’t have dreamed of a better situation having Ashley. My cats were seriously disappointed when I came home 😸

We have two shy high maintenance cats. Ashley was very intuitive and actually got one of our kitties to warm up to her (which has never happened with any of our friends or family). I usually am very reluctant to travel because of the behavioral issues my cats end up having and the stress it causes them. Seeing videos of happy kitties while on vacation definitely improved the stress associated with leaving them. I’ll definitely be using Ashley’s services again, and definitely recommend her to any kitty owners.

Ashley was great with my two Senior boys, showing up on time and sending plenty of cute pictures. One takes a lot of coaxing to feed and Ashley took her time pursuading him to eat. She made me worry less having to leave them overnight.
