I've been cat sitting for 3 years primarily for friends and family who have been gone for several days at a time.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I work with you to arrange a quick meet-and-greet where I can meet you and your cat(s) and hear from you firsthand exactly how you'd like me to handle each visit, e.g., feeding, watering, litter box, play, treats, medicines, etc. I will ask many questions and take thorough notes.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, this year I'm around through all the holidays, as I am most years. I usually travel during non-holiday periods.

Emily clearly cares deeply about cats and went above and beyond to take care of mine. I have three cats, each with different levels of shyness, and she did a wonderful job with all of them. I had to make some last-minute changes to my reservation due to a medical issue with one of my cats, which Emily took very seriously and handled the situation with care. She was communicative during her visits, which gave me real peace of mind. I’m very grateful to have had someone so attentive and compassionate looking after my cats when I couldn’t be there.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
